A hot weekend is forecast ahead of the Eid Al Aha holiday with temperatures expected to peak at 46°C inland.
Conditions will be hot in general with partial cloud forming over some areas along the east coast by the afternoon.
Light to moderate winds will lessen stuffy conditions but may also pick up blowing dust and sand over more exposed areas of the country.
Those planning to go camping or travel to another emirate during the Eid holiday should be wary of poor visibility along motorways.
