Rush hour motorists face further delays on Wednesday morning following an accident on the D89 Airport road opposite Bin Sougat Centre heading towards Dubai International Airport.
Dubai police urge drivers to be cautious and drive safe.

Another major accident caused traffic delays on Hessa Street opposite Saudi German Hospital towards Sheikh Zayed Road, where police advise motorists to use alternative routes.

An accident was also reported from Umm Al Nar to Watani in Abu Dhabi on E10 - Um Al Nar - Al Shahama Road heading towards Dubai.
Tailbacks along the E311 heading towards the Dubai were causing delays to journey times as the morning traffic began to increase.
A build up of vehicles along E66 - Tahnoun Bin Mohammad Al Nahyan Road from Dubailand Residence Complex to Nad Al Sheba 2 was also causing congestion on Wednesday morning.
In the capital, heavy traffic was building on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Steet from Abu Dhabi Gate City (West) to Abu Dhabi, on Mohamed Bin Khalifa Street and on Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street.
