The basketball superstar Kobe Bryant will be in the UAE later this year to help raise awareness of diabetes.
The NBA star will be in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in September.
Bryant, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers, has expressed his excitement on his Facebook page.
He posted that he is looking forward to visiting Abu Dhabi and Dubai for the "Kobe Health & Fitness Weekend".
