Dubai Gem Private School in Oud Metha is hosting its annual blood donation drive on November 20.

It is the sixth year of the drive, which began due to the continued shortage of blood in hospitals around the country. The school hopes to reach a wider audience and achieve its goal of more than 150 donors.

The blood drive, conducted in association with Latifa Hospital, will take place from 1pm to 6pm at the school.
