UAE weather: Fog clearing in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ruwais
Runners competing in the Adnoc marathon on Friday can expect a partly cloudy sky
Fog that formed over Abu Dhabi, Al Dhafra and Dubai overnight is expected to clear after 8am on Thursday morning.
Residents can expect a fair day ahead, with some clouds, before a humid night. By 7.20am, the temperature reached 24 °C, with a maximum of 29°C expected.
Runners competing in the Adnoc marathon on Friday can expect occasional relief from the heat, as skies will be partly cloudy.
In the afternoon, cloud cover is expected to increase, with possible rainfall. Humidity will return at night and on Saturday morning.
On Thursday, winds will be slight to moderate, with speeds between 12 to 25 kph and occasionally increasing to 35kph.
Friday is expected to be safe for sea activities, with winds continuing to move at an average speed of 15 to 25 kph. The speed will increase at night, reaching 40kph.
On Saturday, the sea will become rough by night in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
On Sunday, the sky will continue to be partly cloudy, with moderate winds ranging between 20 to 30kph. The sea will continue to be rough throughout Sunday.
