Weather conditions in the UAE on Wednesday will be mostly sunny with some expected rainfall due to cloud seeding.

"Cloud formation over some western areas may be associated with rainfall," the National Centre of Meteorology said in its forecast for Wednesday.

Temperatures are predicted to hit 30°C in Dubai in the afternoon, with freshening winds of up to 23kph accompanying the day’s peak temperatures.

The forecast for Abu Dhabi promises a similar day of light winds, sun and mostly clear skies.

Peak temperatures are also expected to reach 30°C, but winds will be lighter, hitting 18kph.

Humidity is expected to be fairly high, and could reach 80 per cent in some parts of the UAE, but should be easier to bear than in recent days.

The National Centre of Meteorology is forecasting moderate seas in the Arabian Gulf, which could become rough as winds pick up on Wednesday.
