DUBAI // Weather forecasters have issued a light warning over dust in internal areas of the country.

The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology said the affected areas will mostly be in the interior, away from the main cities.

However, the rest of the country will be hot and hazy.

"Hot weather in general during the daytime, and hazy at times over some areas, with a probability of some towering clouds over the eastern areas by afternoon," the forecast said.

"Light to moderate winds in general, freshening at times causing blowing dust over some internal areas."
