Dubai is building its bid to host the 2020 World Expo around the theme "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future", with three sub-themes: sustainability, mobility and opportunity.
If the bid succeeds, about 25 million visitors will be at Dubai Trade Centre in Jebel Ali over six months in 2020, and the UAE would become the first country in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia region to hold a World Expo.
A 2020 World Expo in Dubai would also coincide with the UAE's Golden Jubilee.
The winning city will be announced in November this year.
