The grace period given to owners of businesses to pay fines at a discounted rate expires on June 30.
Concessions were granted in January by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Only fines issued before his decree was issued are eligible for reductions.
