A new mosque opened on Wednesday in Dubai's Al Barsha South One district.
The opening ceremony, organised by the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department attracted by a large number of worshippers.
The event was attended by Dr Omar Mohammed Al Khateeb, Executive Director of Islamic Affairs Sector who pointed out the importance of mosques and their position in the dissemination of the Islamic faith.
