Dubai Municipality has started to introduce its Happiness Index to measure the public’s contentment and satisfaction with different government services.
Hussain Lootah, director general of the municipality, said it aimed “to improve the quality of services in line with the best international practices and achieve the happiness among all categories of the society, and in turn to create an excellent city that provides the essence of success and comfort of sustainable living”.
