ABU DHABI // A man who raped an eight-year-old boy was today sentenced to three years followed by deportation.
The Criminal Court heard PH, from the Philippines, raped the French boy AB while his parents were at work. His wife was working as a maid for the parents at the time.
The man denied rape, but Chief Justice Sayed Abdul Baseer, the head of the court, said that medical tests proved intercourse had occurred.
"You had intercourse with your wife while she was working in the kitchen. Then you went inside and had anal sex with the AB," said the judge.
