Luxury UK hairbrush company Rock & Ruddle have designed a hairbrush specifically for the GCC region featuring a khaleeji lady from the Gulf.
Rock & Ruddle is known for its high-quality brushes, which come with beautiful designs. You can even order a personalised brush with your name on it.
The brushes have microscopic scales that release and drag the sebum (natural oil) that is produced in the scalp distributing it along the hair making it shiny and healthy-looking. The UAE brushes will be made with synthetic bristles.
Director and founder of Rock & Ruddle, Jackie Ruddle told The National about the inspiration behind the brush. "The Rock & Ruddle team in Dubai thought it would be wonderful to have a brush that really reflected the glamour of their customers and our gifted artist Clare Mackie was very excited to create this fabulous and dignified lady for them,' she said.
Brainchild of Ruddle and Alexandra Rock, the idea for the haircare range came about after Ruddle lost her hairbrush and couldn't find a replacement that would effectively take care of her hair, and was pretty at the same time.
The brushes will come in two sizes, small and large. The small brush is the perfect size for when you are on the move and the larger brush is designed to for home use.
The large brush will retail at Dh175 while the small brush will be Dh125. The brushes will be on sale from select spas and salons in time for Eid. The brushes will also be available to order at www.balmessence.com
