The latest special menu to feature on Gourmet Mondays at Ruth’s Chris Steak House is Surf and Turf. Available every Monday until May 5, the three-course menu, designed by the chef Christopher Thompson, features traditional surf ‘n’ turf – USDA beef fillet and Caribbean lobster tail, plus a mushroom and shellfish pasta dish and a decadent chocolate fondant for dessert. Three-course menu is Dh450 and available every Monday from 7pm until May 5 at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, The Address Hotel Dubai Marina.
