Pokemon shoes are on their way. Adidas has collaborated with the Japanese cartoon and videogame franchise to create the new look footwear that will feature popular characters Pikachu and Squirtle.
Back in March, Instagram user HugoKickz uploaded a first look at the trainers that hinted that Adidas was planning a possible partnership.
And then just a couple of days ago, another Instagram user Solebyjc also uploaded newer photos in which he displayed a pair of shoes with Pikachu on them.
The Pokemon x Adidas Campus white shoes feature an all-over print as well as a large embroidered Pikachu on the medial (inside) of the trainer with flashes of yellow on the heels and aglets. The inside tongue of the shoe also displays a Pokeball.
Another image leaked shows a Squirtle version of the shoe as well. Despite the images, there has been no news of a release date or pricing yet.
Back in March, Adidas unveiled their Game of Thrones themed trainers which came in six different variations with a starting price of Dh750.
