The St Regis Dubai features 234 rooms and eight restaurants. The 33-storey W Dubai – Al Habtoor City has 356 rooms, and where the guests check in on the 30th floor lobby. The property includes five food and beverage outlets.

La Perle, a theatrical show fashioned after the extravagant Las Vegas performances, will have a permanent home at the complex. The shows will be produced by the Franco Dragone Entertainment Group.
