Abu Dhabi’s latest nightlife venue opens this weekend at The Collection at the St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort. People by Crystal Abu Dhabi, already an established club at Dubai’s Raffles Hotel since 2010, aims to fuse the atmosphere of an exlusive lounge with a high-energy cub. Thursday’s launch party features resident DJ Josiane, while DJ Bliss will be getting the guests onto the dancefloor on Friday.
With a capacity of 350, expect an intimate atmoshphere and use of cutting-edge technology such as LED and MADRIX screens, which will make it an interactive club experience.
“We believe that the People brand is now in a league of its own,” said Mazen El Zein, the chief executive of The Crystal Group. “With this new project, we are working to deliver an entertainment experience adopted from our Dubai venue, yet also distinguished in its own special way, beyond what currently exists in the market. We are constantly aiming at offering our guests a niche and incomparable international clubbing experience with truly memorable moments.”
Guests can expect a mash-up of house and urban music and Crystal promises an international line-up of artists and DJs accompanied by burlesque entertainment and contemporary design.
