Veteran singer Sir Tom Jones is set to perform at this year's Jordan Festival in Amman.

The legendary Welsh crooner will be appearing at the Amman Citadel as the closing act of the festival on August 8.

Sir Tom, regarded as a British cultural treasure first found fame five decades back, scoring hits in the 1960s with trademark anthems It's Not Unusual, Delilah and Bond theme Thunderball.
