Much of the UAE will bathe in hot sunshine for most of Monday and enjoy cooler temperatures of 35C in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but drivers are warned to be aware of fog returning overnight in some places.
It will be cooler still in the Northern Emirates with daytime temperatures likely to peak at 30C, and cloud formation building up in eastern coastal areas near Fujairah.

Wind speeds from the north will strengthen to about 22 km per hour through the afternoon, raising the risk of blowing dust in exposed areas.
Overnight, temperatures will fall to about 25C as humidity rises close to 70 per cent in Dubai and the capital.
