Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid went on a voyage of discovery after being welcomed on board for a royal tour of a luxury cruise ship currently docked in Dubai.
The Vice President and Ruler of Dubai checked out the lavish facilities on offer on the MSC Splendida, a vast Italian vessel docked at Port Rashid.

The cruise ship is home to its own theatre, disco and an array of sporting and recreational facilities, including a squash court, a plush gym and a spa.
Sheikh Mohammed said that fostering a tourist-friendly environment is key to sustaining economic growth in the country and helps open up important links with other nations.
