A Danish architecture firm has proposed a massive indoor "Skidome" that would rival Ski Dubai in size and scope.

The company, CEBRA, released images last month of its 100,000-square-metre vision for Skidome Denmark.

The proposal includes 3 kilometres of indoor and outdoor slopes plus a hotel, park, restaurant and shops.

The structure would resemble a snowflake, with arches spanning 700 metres and rising 110 metres tall.

"It is the aim of the skidome that it can be used and enjoyed ... any time of the day, any time of the year," CEBRA said on its website.
