Do you think the individuals recklessly driving and posting videos online should be prosecuted?

Law-enforcement officials have launched an investigation into dozens of videos posted on websites that show what appear to be UAE youth driving recklessly on public roads. The videos, many of which are on the popular website www.youtube.com, show numerous drivers performing dangerous stunts in car parks or young men standing atop vehicles moving at high speeds. A few capture horrific accidents where young men are ejected from speeding four-by-fours or where saloon cars disintegrate after they lose control and begin tumbling down roadways. What do you think of this behaviour? Do you think the individuals recklessly driving and posting videos online should be prosecuted? What else should be done to educate people about the dangers of reckless driving?
