Amir Khan will fight Australian Billy Dib in Saudi Arabia this month after his intended opponent Neeraj Goyat was injured in a car crash.
It will mark the fight debut in the Kingdom for the former two-weight world champion, who is coming off a loss to WBO Welterweight champion Terence Crawford in their April bout.

Popular Briton Amir Khan headlines the event with his bout against Australian Billy Dib for the WBC International welterweight title. Both are two-time world champions. Khan had been expected to fight India’s Neeraj Goyat, but the Asian welterweight champion had to withdraw last week after he sustained serious head injuries in a car accident in June. The night, run in conjunction with the General Sports Authority of Saudi Arabia, features three other championship fights, including heavyweights Hughie Fury and Samuel Peter going head-to-head and Prince Patel and Michell Banquet clashing for the IBO Bantamweight belt.
