Hundred Wellness Centre launches new treatments for children and adults

Elsewhere in Dubai, the Hundred Wellness Centre in Jumeirah will offer three new treatments starting October 10. Rapid Transformational Therapy, developed by British therapist Marisa Peer, combines principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (to combat phobias), cognitive behavioural therapy (for problem-solving) and neuroscience to help people create powerful, positive and permanent changes. The sessions will be led by Rapid Transformational coach Helen Pleic, who will focus on freeing people of critical thoughts and self-sabotaging behaviour. The centre’s first Child Empowerment Programme, meanwhile, will teach young children how to cope with different life experiences. Antje Hosseinzadeh, a neuro linguistic programming practitioner and coach, will lead the sessions. The centre will also offer emotion and relationship coaching catering to individuals, couples and families.
