How to make Tuna Tostada

Ingredients

500 grams fresh tuna slices

Olive oil

Fresh oregano

Scraps of a fresh lemon

Avocado

Radish

Cilantro sprouts

Serrano chilli

Pinch of salt

2 small round tortillas per plate

For the sauce:

4 tomatoes roasted

1/8 white onion

1 roasted clove of garlic

(roast the garlic whole)

Ground salt and pepper

Method:

Cut the tuna into small dices, add the olive oil, lemon scraps, salt and oregano. Mix all the ingredients and let them settle for about 25 minutes.

For the sauce, roast the tomatoes, onion, garlic and cumin. Later on, place the garlic, onions and tomatoes in the mortar following the order mentioned. After that, add the salt, cumin and ­pepper to the mixture.

To serve:

Place ­tortillas on plate and top with tuna slices, avocado puree, sliced

radish, cilantro sprouts and sliced serrano chilli on top.
