Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who is in Bulgaria filming his much-awaited upcoming romantic drama Dilwale with Kajol, has posted a collage of images on Twitter featuring the two actors in scenes from the many blockbusters in which they were paired. Among them are pictures from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001) and My Name is Khan (2010).
“Somedays it’s good to ponder over the journey … as you embark upon a new destination,” tweeted the 49-year-old actor.
One of Bollywood's most successful celluloid couples, SRK and Kajol, 40, are perhaps best known for Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge. The film was a box-office hit, and has enjoyed an unbroken run at Mumbai theatre Maratha Mandir since it was released 20 years ago.
Dilwale is directed by Rohit Shetty. The cast includes Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Boman Irani, Kabir Bedi and Vinod Khanna. It will be released on December 24.
