Schlock rockers Mötley Crüe are coming to the capital.

The 1980s hair metal titans will perform at Abu Dhabi’s Du Arena on November 20 as part of the band’s farewell tour.

Tickets for the show have not yet been released, and no local announcement has been made, but the gig is clearly listed on the band’s webpage, with an option already open to purchase VIP meet-and-greet packages.

Alice Cooper has been announced as the support act for the UK leg of the tour, but it is unclear if the rock icon will stay on the road to Abu Dhabi.

To raise publicity for “The Final Tour” all four members of Mötley Crüe signed a public “death pack” promising to never perform together again after December 31’s farewell show in Los Angeles, which will bring the curtain down on 34 years on the road.

Speaking to the UK press, drummer Tommy Lee promised the tour would boast “the largest production we’ve ever done”, including a giant rollercoaster which jets over the audience. The tour’s marketing slogan is “all bad things must come to an end”.

The band's best-known songs include Girls, Girls, Girls and Kickstart My Heart.
