The road that US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un have taken to next week's summit in Singapore has been a bumpy one to say the least.

But Trump has at least (tentatively) gotten this far, which previous US presidents cannot claim to have done. What ramifications will next week's summit have going forward? How likely is peace between the two nuclear nations?
