CARACAS // Venezuela's president Hugo Chavez plans to return to Cuba to continue treatment for cancer, the president of his country's national assembly said yesterday.
Chavez, who was first diagnosed with cancer in 2011, asked the legislature to authorise his absence from November 27 to travel to Cuba, assembly president Diosdado Cabello said.
