They note that as the Houthi rebels have been pushed back, they have increased their use of landmines.
Experts also point to a growing body of evidence of Iranian support for the Houthi's landmines and IEDs. Many of the devices are imitations of known, Iranian models, and feature components manufactured in Iran.
