Saudi man killed in dispute over parking spot in Jeddah
Police have arrested six men involved in the crime
A man has been killed and six others arrested over a parking space dispute in Saudi Arabia.
The men clashed in the eastern district of Jeddah province on Sunday night at 12 p.m., according to the spokesman of Makkah police
“A man, in his 30s, was killed after he was taken to hospital for fatal stab wounds after knives were used in the fight,” the police said in a report published by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The other six individuals were injured and taken into immediate arrest, the report said.
A quick hearing was conducted and legal procedures have been taken against them.
The men have now been referred to the public prosecution and extra security has been dispatched to the area to avoid another incident.
