Condolences from around the UAE have been sent to Riyadh following the death of Princess Juhayer bint Saud bin Abdulaziz.

Princess Juhayer was one of the late King Saud’s daughters. Saudi’s Royal Court said that Princess Juhayer will be buried on Thursday. The Royal Court will be holding a wake for the next three days.

Condolences also came in from members of the Saudi royal family and prominent members of Arab society. Princess Juhayer’s half-sister, Princess Basmah, a prominent businesswoman in Saudi Arabia, tweeted her sadness saying “I pray for my sister, Princess Juhayer”.

Her age is unknown but King Saud passed away in 1969 after ruling the Kingdom from 1953 to 1964. Her sister, Dalal bint Saud, was the first wife of Saudi multibillionaire Prince Al Waleed bin Talal.
