An Emirati man was killed while another sustained severe injuries in an accident took place in Oman on Monday
Saif Al Muqbali who died in the accident and his injured companion Sinan Al Yahyaai were heading to Salalah when the accident happened
The four-wheel-drive car, which both were riding flipped over several times due to high speed in Seih Al Zamayem area, according to the Royal Oman Police.
Both were transferred to the nearest hospital.
Funeral prayers of Saif Al Muqbali were held at Martyr Omar Al Muqbali Mosque in Al Ain on Tuesday morning, he was laid to rest in Umm Ghafa cemetery.
Police urged motorists to respect traffic rules, be cautious and stay within speed limits.
