One killed and five wounded in Marseilles shooting
Shots were fired in front of a grocery store, where many young people meet at night
One person has been killed and five more were wounded in a shooting in the French city of Marseilles on Sunday evening.
The shooting, which took place in Les Rosiers, Chemin de Sainte-Marthe, killed a 22-year-old man and five other people between the age of 20 and 25, according to French daily newspaper La Provence.
Shots were fired in front of a grocery store where many young people meet at night, the French daily reported.
Firefighters tended to the victims the victims before driving them to Laveran, Timone and Nord hospitals.
It is unclear whether the suspect has been caught by officers.
