Malcolm Turnbull took the oath to become Australia’s fourth prime minister in just two years. The ruling Liberal Party voted to oust Tony Abbott in a secret vote late on Monday. Mr Abbott said he wanted the changeover to go smoothly. Among voters on the streets of Sydney the reaction was mixed.
