Three people were injured on Thrusday in a collision between two vehicles on Emirates Road in Umm Al Quwain.

Col Hassan Bin Surm, director general of Umm Al Quwain Civil Defence, said that a rescue team went to the site after receiving a report that three people were stuck inside their vehicle.

“The team used special tools to pull the three people out from the vehicle. They suffered from minor to moderate injuries due to the collision,” said Col Bin Surm.

They were all transferred to Sheikh Khalifa hospital for treatment.
