UAE weather: Temperatures set to plummet to 13°C
Northern, eastern areas likely to see coolest temperatures with fine weather for National Day
Fresh north-westerly winds will see temperatures plummet in eastern areas of the UAE to below 13°C overnight on Wednesday as cooler weather continues across much of the country.
Al Ain and Liwa had mist early Wednesday morning.
It will be cloudy and hazy at times for much of the day, with daytime temperatures struggling to reach 22°C in Abu Dhabi and Dubai according to the National Centre of Meteorology.
Humidity will increase over night in coastal areas, bringing with it fog patches ahead of a similar weather pattern on Thursday.
Increasing wind speeds overland will bring with it an increased chance of blowing dust inland.
National Day promises to be largely fine and warm, with cloud cover and peak temperatures of 24°C.
