Sun protection is the order of the day for Saturday as clear skies and scorching temperatures will continue for much of the UAE.
The mercury will reach 38°C in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but it will be cooler in the northern emirates, with mountainous areas likely to be substantially cooler with temperatures peaking at 29°C.
While some areas will be hazy, more substantial cloud will build up in eastern areas, and it will also feel slightly cooler in Fujairah.

Winds from the south west will reach up to 38km per hour according to the National Centre of Meteorology, bringing the risk of blowing dust in exposed areas and reduced visibility on road networks.
It will remain in the high 30s for much of the country on Sunday and into the new working week.
