Residents across the country woke up to fair and partly cloudy skies, with light to moderate winds reaching up to 30kph in the coast and interior areas.
The National Centre of Meteorology said that some areas, particularly over northern coasts and islands, will experience heavier cloud cover.
Humidity is expected to increase at night and early morning over coastal and interior areas, with a chance of fog formation. Humidity is expected to reach 90 per cent across the coast and 95 per cent in interior regions.
Temperatures reached as low as 8.4°C at Damtha on Saturday at 6.30am, according to the centre. Other low temperatures were reported in Hamim, Razeen and Al Wathbah.

Temperatures are expected to range from 10°C to 30°C in the interior regions and 12°C to 28°C along the coast, according to the NCM.
The Arabian Gulf starts the day rough. The Oman Sea will be slight to moderate.
