A rough seas warning continues to be in effect until 1pm Saturday as strong winds are expected to push waves to a height of up to seven feet in the Oman Sea, according to the National Center of Meteorology.
Northwesterly winds will gust up to 40 km/h at times along the coast, and slightly stronger in the mountains.

Raknah, near Al Ain, registered the lowest temperature in the country this morning when the mercury reached a low of 5.4°C C at 5:15am. But temperatures will continue to climb to pleasant highs of between 20°C to 24°C along the coast, 21°C to 25°C in the interior and 11°C to 16°C in the mountains.
