Foggy weather is set to continue in some interior and coastal areas of the country causing poor visibility to less than 1,000 meters, forecasters at the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) said.

Fair weather will continue across the country with partially cloudy in the eastern regions. Humidity is also expected to reach 95 per cent, increasing at night and in the early morning across interior and coastal regions.

NCMS forecasters warned residents that fog will cause poor visibility to less than 1000 meters.

The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.

Inland areas and coastal areas could have winds up to 32 kilometers an hour and maximum temperatures will be about 39°C in inland areas.

Temperatures will range from 21 to 37°C along the coast and 19 to 39°C in the interior regions, according to NCMS.

Mist was reported over Zayed City, Sweihan, Al Wathna and Sieh Shuaib and Al Wathba- Al Fayah Road.

NCMS forecasters alerted residents to be in the lookout if they are planning any outdoor activities.
