UAE weather: Hot and hazy conditions for the end of Eid break

Temperatures will reach highs of 47C, the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology said on Sunday

Hot and hazy weather will continue to spread across the UAE on Sunday as temperatures rise to 47C in internal areas, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.

It will be partly cloudy and hazy at times throughout the country with clouds forming over some eastern areas in the afternoon.

Light to moderate winds may cause some blowing dust over exposed areas while humidity is expected to increase at night and in the early morning over some coastal areas, reaching highs of 90 per cent.

The sea is expected to be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea and some potential rainfall can be expected on Monday.
