Temperatures will rain from 27°C to 40°C on the coast today. In the interior, temperatures will fluctuate from 20°C to 42°C.
It will be partly cloudy in Fujairah today with 30 to 75 per cent humidity. More cloud cover is expected over the weekend.
Winds will reach 40 kph at times and seas could be rough in the Arabian Gulf or Oman Sea.
The hottest place in the country on Wednesday was Seih Al Salem, where the barometer hit 42.1°C at 1.30pm.
