Traffic is moving well across the country on Wednesday morning, with only a handful of issues in the usual trouble spots.
In the capital, vehicles were moving slowly on Umm Al Nar-Al Shahama road towards Al Raha area and Al Salam Street.
Other than that, the roads seemed to be clear in Abu Dhabi.
In Dubai, a vehicle caught fire in Dubai some time before 7.46am on Zabeel 2 Street towards Trade Centre roundabout causing heavy congestion.
Motorists were urged to look for alternative routes.
For Dubai and Sharjah commuters, traffic was building up on Mohammed bin Zayed Road towards Muhaisnah and Al Ittihad Street.
There are delays in International City, Algeria Street near Mirdif and First Al Khail Street heading towards Al Yalayis Street.
Meanwhile, there were tailbacks on Al Ittihad Street for the Sharjah-Dubai bound traffic, starting from Al Wahda Street and towards Al Mulla Plaza in Dubai's Al Nahda area.
Minor accidents were also reported in the Al Nahda area.
