Traffic was quiet in Abu Dhabi, and there were only a few slow roads in Dubai, but cars were crawling across many roads in Sharjah this morning.

There were long tailbacks on E11 Al Ittihad Street Dubai-bound, starting from the Adnoc garage and running up to Dubai International Airport.

The Sharjah Ring Road was also slow in parts, such as past Sharjah Industrial Area Seven. Al Khan Street was slow passing Sharjah Industrial Area Two. The problems continued on to Damascus Street.

Traffic on the E11 Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road was also moving slowly, as usual, from at Al Thiqah Club for the Handicapped, past National Paints and up to Dubai International Airport. And there were tailbacks on stretches of Beirut Street.

Traffic was moving fairly well in Dubai, aside from a few streets, such as around the Clock Tower and Al Ithihad Road near Dubai Creek where it was slow going.

There were also tailbacks on a stretch of Sheikh Rashid Street running past International Modern Hospital. Traffic was also heavy on Al Khail Road near JVC District 14.

There were no problems reported in the capital.
