At least five accidents were reported in the capital and in Dubai delaying commuters bound for work this morning.
Three accidents caused tailbacks in Abu Dhabi on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan street after the Yas interchange for inbound traffic, and on Sultan Bin Zayed Street near the Dhafeer Street for inbound traffic.
Another accident was reported on the E22 after the Mahawi bridge.
In Dubai, accidents created congestion on Meydan road near the Business Bay exit and near the Green Community area.
Heavy traffic was reported in Sharjah on the Maliha Kalba road near the Tawi Matraq area and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road towards Sharjah.
