UAE traffic: Congestion plagues Sunday commute
While no significant crashes have been reported yet, it's a slow journey for many in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Congestion on the D61 Hessa Street in Dubai is causing delays for drivers on Monday morning on the approach to Jumeirah Village Circle, with traffic backed up to Al Barsha 3.
Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai near GEMS Wellington School was also experiencing heavy traffic, as is Al Wahda Street in Sharjah, with traffic delays through Al Yarmook towards Cultural Square.
In Abu Dhabi, rush hour traffic was also causing problems for drivers on the E10 at the Eastern Mangroves with motorists expected to plan for an extra 10 minutes to their morning journeys.
