Accidents on the Abu Dhabi International Airport Road and on Mina Street are causing delays on Tuesday morning.

A collision after the Khalifa City Bridge on the E20 has forced the left lane closure, resulting in a build up of traffic. A second accident reported on Mina Street at the inbound intersection of Al Firdous Street is also causing delays, with the right lane currently  blocked.

Heavy traffic began to build along the E10 in Abu Dhabi heading towards the Corniche after 7am this morning, so extra time should be allowed for the commute to work.

The E20 at the junction of 16th street in Khalifa City was also experiencing tailbacks, although no accidents were reported.

In Dubai, the usual traffic was beginning to build along Hessa Street towards Al Barsha and also on the D69 in Al Quoz in the direction of Business Bay.

Minor roads near Dubai International Airport and around the Sharjah industrial area were experiencing heavy traffic and drivers should expect extended journey times.
