The 11th Abu Dhabi Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition will take place in September.

Organised by the Emirates Falconer’s Club, Adihex showcases the latest innovations in hunting technology alongside cultural heritage and traditions, particularly falconry.

The businesses taking part are involved in hunting and archery accessories, the promotion and preservation of cultural heritage, fishing and marine sports, arts and crafts, equestrian activities, weaponry and falconry.

Most of the companies that participated last year will return, with several new international firms joining them.

It is anticipated that the show’s size will grow from last year’s 38,000 square metres.

Adihex is an important festival for business, where companies are able to promote direct sales, complete major deals and launch promotional campaigns. The event draws local and international visitors, offering new technologies and cultural exhibits.

More than 100,000 people attended last year’s event.

Mohammed Khalaf Al Mazrouei, the chairman of the organising committee, said the “overwhelming response to the exhibition during the previous editions clearly demonstrated people’s desire and need for all that is reminiscent of the past, authenticity and inherited traditions”.

The exhibition’s goal is to present new methods of sport that are environmentally sustainable, while also highlighting the use of traditional tools.
