Government employees will enjoy a four-day New Year's holiday this year.

The Federal Authority for Human Resources announced Government offices would be closed on Sunday, December 31, until Monday, January 1, and would resume on Tuesday, January 2.

The Authority took the opportunity to extend its congratulations to Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, President of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and to their brothers - members of the Supreme Council of the Rulers of the Emirates.
